Ceremony Give outs

Do you think it would be too much to give out programs, rose petal cones and cry packs for the ceremony? Thanks. Also, what would be a good way to make sure everyone gets one. I've seen people give them out in baskets, but three baskets seems like a lot. Any suggestions? Should they already be placed on each chair? *I am having 100 guests. How many of each should I order being that most do not attend the ceremony?

not at all- ive seen all three done and it was fine... if you were to eliminate any i would make it the cry packs...

you can have someone ,doc, maybe a little cousin or close friend who isnt in BP be in charge of it

not at all, you can give the programs out as the guest come to sit or you can put them on the chairs-- I would order115-120 programs, sometimes people leave them or mess them up and may want another one

I don't think it's a lot. We're giving out programs, cry packs, and bells. We are putting them in baskets and will be passed out by the groomsmen. To cut down on the bulk, we are tucking the cry packs into the programs.

Are you having a DOC? If so, here's what we're doing:

The programs and cry packs will be given to the guests when seated by the ushers.

The rose petal cones will then be in a basket, by the exit of the church, to be given out by our DOC.

If you're not having a DOC, you can place the basket of rose petal cones on the exit of the church. People will see them.

I'm not getting married at a church. Were getting married at the venue. So, I guess I'll have to have the program and cry packs already placed on the chairs and then hand out the petal cones??? What do you think? Thanks
