I been saying since the beg. that I wanted the ceremony in Central Park. But Im not so sure now. What if it rains? We're screwed.
Where is everyone having their ceremony at?

I am having mine at the Recp. Hall outside. If it rains (Bite my tongue) they just move the Ceremony inside, no biggie.

if it rains, get a tent. that is what i did for our wedding. we had it on the beach. if it was due to rain, a tent was coming. we lucked out with teh weather though!

we're having ours at our reception location... it's outside, but there is a place indoors to have it, in case the weather is bad!

I agree. Don't know how many people will attend your ceremony, but if it's more than 50, you can get a small tent and still have a beautiful ceremony in the park.
ETA: You may want to call first to inquire about the proper permits needed for a ceremony in the park and if they have any added restrictions on bringing in a tent.

Mine will be at the reception hall outside...and if it rains...it rains..they dont have a place in doors lol I will just have to deal with it somehow

depending on which part of central park, but you may not be allowed to have a tent set up.
why don't you do the ceremony where there's a gazebo or something?
also, I've seen wedding where it was raining and it was held outside with everyone holding an umbrella...
I guess it's the risk you take.. you should check your options on the official site

i was into having it outside as well, but then i was afraid of rain. I just decided to have it that church since my family and FH's family really wanted that and i'm so neurotic, i didn't want to have to worry about the rain.
