Ceremony Location help!

Ceremony Location help!

Hi Everyone!

I am in dire need of a ceremony location! I am getting married next July at the Miller Place Inn (we do not want to use their ceremony garden due to noise from nearby traffic) so I am looking for places that wouldn't be too far from that area on the North Shore. Do any of you know of nice outdoor ceremony spots or churches that don't require membership/counseling to get married there?

are you catholic? otherwise i dont know any catholic church where you wont have to do pre-cana

No, we're having trouble finding non-denominational churches but I just looked at CW Post's website and they have one there but that might be too far between Brookville and Miller Place. I don't want to annoy guests with having to make loops around the island!

Hi... congrats! I;m a Miller Place Inn bride too I felt the same way about the outdoor ceremony. I started to do what you are doing, however ended up giving up the search and decided to do the church thing. Which is what I wanted anyway, it was more FH that wanted something less traditional. I have to be honest, I really looked for something and came up short. Although I also wanted something that could be in or outdoors, (just in case). There is one place that I found.... it's called the Setauket neighborhood house. FM me for more.
