Ceremony Locations?
Hi! We recently got engaged and are looking for a unique location for our wedding ceremony. We will not be having a reception right away, we just want to have a small cermony someone very pretty. Does anyone have any suggestions? We would also like someplace relatively private or aka not jones beach because we want to get married in the summer months.

Re: Ceremony Locations?
Have you checked out any of the wineries? Some of them are very pretty.

There are two locations I can think of right away - the Historical Chapel in Woodbury and the Chapel at the C.W. Post Campus.good luck.

Re: Ceremony Locations?
sometimes people don't have a suggestions...thats why there may not be a lot of replies...Talk to your local Town Hall about parks
there is also the Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport
the Paviliion at Sunken Meadow
I bet you could also get married at the Planting fields or Old Westbury Gardens

Re: Ceremony Locations?
Do any of your friends or relatives have a beautiful yard? I think that would be beautiful & unique-you may be able to do a good luck champagne toast immediately after as well.

Re: Ceremony Locations?
Ok:In Suffolk-LI Martime Museum in west Sayville is great. It's right on the beach and my sister got married there. Also, check out the Old Field Farm (they should have a website) which is also on the beach. The Grange in Sayville is also beautiful-they have a small chapel there you can rent out and a gazebo!
