I would like to know if anyone has used Island Classical Ensemble or any other classical musicians for their ceremony....any reccomendations would be helpful!!

were using

encore music 516 489-4330 $250 each musician...whatever you want...Ive only seen a video of them and they are very good..they have the music memorized and stroll...(I don't know if our cello will do this, but we shall see)

You should contact the music director of the church. They can usually get any type of musician or musicians that you want. It will be much cheaper, and you will know that they are good.

We used a string trio...

and I highly recommend them. Give Jennifer a call at 917-695-4477. Tell her Mary Jo recommended her. Our wedding was August 10th.

How much did they cost? I received a CD from Sterling Music...for two hours, they cost $900 (violin, cello & flute) My e-mail is [email protected], if you don't want to post price!!!!!! Thanks, Ann Margaret

Wow...

I almost booked Sterling this past April for my October wedding. Their trio was $750 for 2 hours then. We ended up going with Island Classical Ensembles for the same price. They were fabulous. I remember that Peter Howard Ensembles was $900 then and over our budget. Wonder if he's increased his price, too! Good luck! :)
