Ceremony Music?

Ceremony Music?

Are you having your church play your music at your ceremony (like the organ) or are you hiring an outside orchestra like a 3 piece or quad?

I'm so undecided. It seems the going rate is $600-$700. I feel like that is alot for them to play 1 hour. Anyone have any recommendations, that are a little less??

My cousin's gf-her sister is an amazing singer. She is singing Ave Maria during our ceremony.

I would like to have a string trio.. I don't think I can afford $$ tho

Im just having the church's musicians.. Its included in the $700 we're paying them to get married there.. I aint spending more!!!

I am having a quartet. It's romantic and different. I personally do not like the organ, so we are paying ofr it b/c its included by he is ot playing. If you need more infor on the quartet send me FM.

Luckily, I sing and a lot of my friends are musical as well. A good friend of mine is a world class organist so he is playing my Mass and fellow members of a choir I am in are singing choral pieces as a quartet. One of them will also serve as my cantor for the Mass. I am so excited! Best of all, they're free!
