I really want beautiful ceremony music. I hear good things about string quartets!! I don't know if that's what I necessarily want but can someone give me a price quote on a string quartet.. orrrr... recommend something else???

PS-i was quoted 1000 for a string quartet from the company that I'm using for my band.. but that is WAY over what I wanted to spend.. am I being unrealistic?

I booked Janet King (she is vendor on here) to play the Harp at our ceremony. She was $500 because she was running a special butis usually $600. I think we are going to add a trumpet player and singer as well. Def. Look into her she is amazing. She also played at TWOTY

We used a string trio (it was cheaper than a quartet) and the guy I was in contact with suggested songs and I went with those. It was really nice to have that for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
ETA: I believe that it was $650 for ceremony and cocktail hour. $450 for ceremony only so we thought it was worth it to do the extra hour.
