I thin my response is on that link, but I know a website that has program examples and you can save them and use them as templates.

Silly question - They all look like they are for wedding that are having a Mass - We chose to have only a ceremony - I am not sure what to leave out.

I think your ceremony is too far away to do the programs now. When you get closer to the date you will know the order of what will happen. I think we are meeting with the Reverend a month before to finalize the ceremony events. Then you will know what to leave out and what to include. That website, besides the example programs, has tips to help you make the program. There are links on the left side like 'Basics of programs' 'things to include'. This may help.
