please, if anyone can offer suggestions on a place in queens or not too far out on the island(my family is from brooklyn and his from li)where I can have my wedding ceremony. I need to find some sort of non denominational chapel- I a catholic and my fiance Jewish- CW Post is booked... please I would be most and i mean MOST appreciative :)

Depending on where your reception is, you can try the Historical Chapel in Woodbury. Their website is http://www.historicalchapel.com

Check it out at http://www.queensbotanical.org/weddings/qbgweddings.html We''re considering having our ceremony there next year! There are also two sculpture gardens in Astoria...Socrates and Noguchi...not sure if you can have a wedding there. I know these are not chapels-just some ideas!!
