does anyone have any thoughts on something really really different for songs for my ceremony...im so tired of here comes the bride

We have a string trio for our ceremony, so everything is the instrumental version and we wanted different songs over traditional as well.

I am doing the song from the Dead Island video game trailer. You can do the theme to love actually that is nice.

I am walking down to canon in d as well and I just heard e Irish version a couple days ago and I'm in love! Thinking About changing it it that version

I really love the trans Siberian orchestra version. It's called Christmas canon but people are singing in it..I wonder if my dj can take out the singing?

I just worked on this last night!!! I want to set a formal tone, so I start off with some traditional songs, but then move on to some more contemporary songs as well.

BP Processional: Ode to Joy - Beethoven
Bride: Wedding March - Mendelson
Interlude during ceremony - Where is Love? (from the Oliver Soundtrack) OR Across the Universe - Beatles
Recessional - How Sweet it is (to be loved by you) - James Taylor

We are having keys and flute for our ceremony so I hope these all sound great!!!

Have you guys ever heard of the vitamin string quartet? they are amazing!

They have a bunch of instrumental versions of all kinds of songs..you can listen to all their songs on itunes or youtube :) you will deff find something you like!
