Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows what time C&H is open until? I can't seem to find a phone number.
I don't think they are open anymore- I went to a veil store across the street.
i think she closed down due to the renovations they are doing on that street. try tri-county flea market.
They closed down at the end of April.

I found another place in the city that does lots of custom work at reasonable prices.... I used her and loved her!! Rose Bridals on 39th street. Her shop is located in the back of a fabric store. She was a pleasure to deal with... Good Luck!
