CH Menu

We are having a pretty casual wedding, so I dont want all of the chafing dishes/displays for our CH... it's on the water, very casual...

do you think this is enough of a selection or do we need more?

Hors d’oeuvres
Baked Clams
Cocktail Franks
Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
Mozzarella Basil Tomato Bruchetta
Crispy Breaded Shrimp
Potstickers with Scallion Soy Dipping Sauce

Antipasto Cornucopia Display
meats, cheese, veggies, etc.

Do you think I should add more to the passed hors d'oeuvres? I'm so confued =(

It sounds good and I think most people can find something they like in that selection.

for me and the other half of my family, that menu is a trip to the hospital ... im deadly allergic to shellfish... but my sisters, daddy and mother would lovee that menu!! .....

if your menu caters to your party - its awesome!!! but unfortunately, people like me, will not enjoy it ! i cant even take the smell.

I was going to say something similar, my FBIL is deathly allergic so i know he'd be very hungry! And I am not sure if you have any jewish guests, but those who keep kosher do not eat shellfish (and won't eat the hotdogs either)

Re: CH Menu

That sounds good, as a vegetarian I would only have the bruschetta and some veggies. I always look for pasta at the ch.
