I think you also pay for the location, which is beautiful in the Summer along the waters. I also visited CLM and got a quote for a Jan wedding (originally I was booked for Jan 09) and got the best price of all the CH I visited. But in the Summer it's more than some of the CH.
Nick is a great BM. He was very nice. Ask which hall we visited and liked. We said: Chateau Briand and he could understand. He didn't put down other CH. I like that. Great guy.

I was originally going to have a sat. afternoon wedding in March. I was going to pay 59 plus tax and gratuity.

I paid $57 a head (before tax and tip) in February for a 6 hour affair, instead of 5. I had my wedding at the Stewart Manor. they were wonderful and i was the only wedding.
