What are Luna bars? Are they protein snack bar thingies? Or really bad for you but taste great thingies?

I used to eat Odwalla bars but I've grown out of them.

DH turned me on to Chai. I have vanilla chai teabags in the kitchen.

They run about 180-200 calories - they are geared toward women because they're fortified with calcium. And folate - I think.
They taste really good, too.

nutrition bars. They are made by the makers of Cliff Bars but are targeted towards women. They are high in fiber, protein, calcium and folic acid. I eat them as a snack at work.
