Wondering if any of you went with an outside vendor for your chair covers? If so, could you please let me know the company and the contact you dealt with? I wanted to cut some cost but seems like they are all priced about the same. Any help would be great!

Does your hall not provide? Mine did for a fee, but when I tried to bring down the plate cost they threw in the chair covers free instead of lowering plate cost...

No, its at an additional cost. They hire an outside vendor because they dont have in-house chair covers.

I ordered them online from Elegant Presentations. They will send you samples if you need. Tney have an incredible selection of covers

I've heard that Linen Creations is great! I contacted them and their prices are VERY reasonable compared to other linen vendors!
we are using creationsdebelle...they charge $5 per chair..but if your reception hall will put them on for u they only charge $3 per chair..ask your hall if they have someone to do it for you

We are using Table We Ar...Donna is the owner and a complete DOLL!!! She is a vendor on LIW...she has beautiful covers....def. check her out!
