Our colors are turquoise blue and chocolate brown. Our overlays are brown with blue runners and blue napkins with white underlays. Our hall has gold chiavari chairs. Should we do chair covers with blue sashes or not

This is JMO....but I personally can't stand the look of chair covers or chair bows. I think its tacky and screams sweet16.
Gold is very elegant, and it seems like it will be a great match with your color scheme. I would leave it be.

I love the chivari chairs plain...if anything maybe change the seat pad to a different color
