Chair Covers at Crest Hollow

I'm getting married at Crest Hollow too!! I am very excited but getting stressed out about a few things. I found out today that my chairs during the reception are not covered. I was told it was $5 plus tax per guest for that, which I think is pretty expensive! I found the covers for a cheaper price online but then I find out the Crest Hollows' chairs are not standard and have special measurements. To top it off, there is an extra charge for them to put on the chair covers for me!! :(

I wish I would have negotiated this before I signed the contract!

You have to be careful with CHCC! My friend recently got married there & the day of the wedding when she went to pay the final cost she was blown away with all the extra 'add on' charges.

Same charge. I love the way the chair covers look I'm Doing either a white or black sash. My BM is costanza.

That really is a lot. I'm in the Plaza Room also. Originally I wasn't going to do chair covers because of the cost. They told me $3 per person. The chairs aren't bad by themselves and I've seen videos on youtube and seen pictures on here without the covers and it looked fine. My friend's mother does a lot of weddings so I might use the chair covers that she has, which she paid about $200 for one ebay, so even buying them would be cheaper than paying the fee per person sometimes.

That is exactly what I was thinking. You can definitely get it for cheaper but when I spoke to my BM about that, he said that the chairs are not standard and he would have to tell me the measurements plus pay for them to put them on. Thats what sucks! I guess when he tells me the measurements, I can go look for it but them I have to worry about paying someone to put the covers on! Smh....

I had my wedding in the plaza room and depending on your lighting colors you may want to go with the chair covers. I had purple lighting so the red chairs were going to clash so I think the chair covers were a worthwhile investment.
