Change in honey moon

We were originally going to go to italy which we really didn't have the money to do . We were going to take out a loan from the bank to pay for it and pay it off after the wedding. it was $6,000 just to fly there and stay so it was easily going to be close to 2 grand more to do things and eat for 10 days. so we decided that we will try to go for our 1 year anniversary. we don't want to start our lives in debt to go on a vacation. So we are going to go to universal and Disney for 9 days! i am surprisingly really excited about it. I felt like with the stress of wedding planing i really didn't have time to plan for Italy and every where i wanna go and do. I know Disney like the back of my hand. so the only planning i have to do is dinner reservations!

Hey - Disney is awesome! You both with all such a great time.

Definitely start saving money and take the Italy trip for your anniversary.

sounds like fun plus it leaves a great anniversay vaction open. I have never been to disney but I want to go.

that's so awesome. i love the feeling of giving up on some complicated idea, even though that sounds pretty bad, it's just a relief. you can always save up and go back with a peace of mind. yay!!!

Good choice! FH and I were in the same boat (kinda). We had wanted to go to Europe but it was gonna be too much money and we just weren't willing to spend it. There are more important things, I feel, than a vacation such as a house to spend the rest of our lives in. And we know one day we will get to go there and will likely appreciate it more later on.

I LOVE DISNEY! Fh hates it so it wasn't a honeymoon option. I'm going tomorrow for UCA cheerleading nationals...You guys are going to have so much fun!!

Such a smart idea! HMs are supposed to be relaxing, not stressing over if you can afford dinner. Enjoy Disney!!!
