CHANGED BM DRESS! FINAL DECISION MADE - PIC INCLUDED!

Okay, so we picked out a Jim Hjelm Dress two weeks ago, and I was very happy and so were the girls. WELLLLLLLL...turns out that MOH wasn't happy with the dress b/c it didn't look formal enough....I guess b/c it was polished cotton and didn't have much sheen to it.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO....we went to RK bridal today and we picked another dress that doesn't even LOOK like the first one!

Well the black one below is the old dress we picked out, and the new one is the 'Cashmere' colored one.

I was a little worried that the color was really close to my dress (um white), but I thought it was beautiful, so I su@ked it up!

What ya girls think?

Oh, and I think the new dress matches my dress a lot more than the first one did!

BUT WE WENT FROM BLACK DRESSES TO WHITE DRESSES.....

Well, not white - but 'Cashmere'...LOL

I love them both but I definitely like the second color better. It'll look great! Nice choice!

You guys are making me feel so much better...I'm sitting here really freaking out b/c it's just too close to being white....

I never thought something like this would freak me out, and the FI is yelling and saying 'Why are they wearing white? You're the only one that should be wearing white!'

Don't stress. It really doesn't look white. It's champagne practically. Christine, trust me, when you have that gorgeous dress on and everyone sees you people wouldn't even notice if your BMs were naked.

I love the new dress, it kind of looks like a champagne color, i might go with the champagne. Please! im so up in the air with the BM dresses too! its a nightmare for me.

by the way ... looking at your notes and noticed Dina was doing your makeup, by any chance does she come from Staten Island?

That dress was always one of my favories.. I think it is very pretty and would flatter everyone. Good choice!

I live in Brooklyn right by the bridge, so I'm sure Staten Island wouldn't be a problem. There might be a problem where you might have to get more than just yourself for makeup, b/c I think she's hesistant about going out there for just one person.

Trials are at her house though, as long as you show up there when you say you will, it won't be a problem.

And don't worry, there's a clear difference between champagne and white. You won't have a problem!!
