Changed my reception hall

After a horrible experience with arrogant new owners we have decided to change ouur reception location. Thanks to a thread posted on here about Suffolk County Codes we will even be able to get our full deposit back. So I'm not sure who posted it, but thank you! We have booked with a new reception hall and are looking forward to celebrating our marriage at an establishment that appreciates our business. Best part of all we were able to keep our date.

We switched to Chateau La Mer. We were recommended by two coworkers of mine who got married this past summer ther. The BM was wonderful and actually gave me the correct information to go ahead to get our deposit back and cancel our contract, since our initial catering hall refused to let us cancel.

Love George, Love Lisa, Harry can be weird at times. BUT OVER ALL, LOVE MY HALL!!!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. Luckily for us we have had no complaints so far with Harry, George or Lisa and each time we went there to talk to them they have been nothing but wonderful with us.

So glad you chose CLM... another hall twin! A co-worker of mine just got married there a few weeks ago and raved about it! So exciting.

When we were first looking at halls, we went to CLM for a tour and the BM insisted that we come on a day that they were having a tasting so we could try their food.

We met with Nick who was a doll - he was so great to us - I would totally trust him with my wedding. We also met (I forgot his name, but I *think* it's Matt - he's young and tall) one of the maitre d's who actually wound up giving us the tour. We chatted with him for a while too. The service staff was so impressive - we put our fork down and they were immediately there to clear our plates. So impressive.
