Does anyone know how to do this? I recieved pics of my new niece that I would like to put onto shutterfly but they are in Bitmap not JPEG. Can anyone help?

you need a program like photoshop or paint and open it and save it as jpeg.

go to open, once you do it click save as and there many options and pick jpeg. I hope that helps.

Your PC should automatically open the photo is some editing program. Try to just double click on the photo. Once open, go to save as and change the format, like you would in word. Be sure to name it something else, to avoid confusion when uploading.

Shuterfly might also support .Tiff files too. Not positive.

This does not work. The pics are part of the email.

ETA: the other way I switch between formats is to insert the picture into a Power Point slide, then right-click on it and 'save as picture'. But it's a little cumbersome if you have a ton of pictures.

Does your computer have Photoeditor? You can change the format in there, too.
