I think you have to go to DMV because you have to show your original marriage liscense.

You have to go to DMV if you want a photo license too, and to show your marriage certificate as proof of name change.

Yep you have to go in. New Picture Need Marriage License oh..
and don't do what I did.
Sign WITH your married name.. I forgot until the last swirl so if you look closely at my new license you can see that I sorta added Jim's name second thought! hehehe

you have to go...and you have to sign the signature card, which also means that you have to have you picture taken. Just to warn you
