We have a combo dresser/changing table... My mom was thinking of getting us the hutch part that goes on that. My question is, does the hutch part get in the way of using the changing table? I don't want to hit the baby's head on it? I know to be careful, but I was just wondering... actually, DH was wondering. Thanks!

I have a combo also and didn't get the hutch for that reason. It's not that it's so close to the baby's head, but in the middle of the night, when you're sleep deprived, who wants to look for any trouble!
I figured I'd get the hutch when she's outgrown the pad.

I just ordered the same thing but I did get the hutch. It comes with a removable shelf so there should be be enough room. I guess I'll decided when I actually have the piece.

We plan on ordering the hutch part when the baby is done with the changing table part of the dresser. I have never seen anyone use both at the same time.
