usually a day or so...sometimes a few days more (bec i am not just doing a name plaque)...however....her grandfather passed away and she had to go out of state so it may take a little longer for her to get back to you...

Yes, her grandfather passed away and I know she's been bombarded with orders. She wrote me an email to apologize for the wait b/c she had orders come in for girls getting married in Sept and October. She sent me 2 emails and apologized twice. I just told her not to worry b/c it's not like I need it soon anyway.

Pretty fast, but she sent me an email last week saying she had a death in her family and she needed to go out of town. So if you emailed her last week, she most likely did not check her email.
