Did everyone order them in their wedding colors or did you use a variation of the colors? I am worried that if I go strict on the wedding colors it will never match anything in my house. What do you girls think?

We got ours in our wedding colors.
We got an expresso backgroung, with our last name in brown and our first names in beige.
Pictures are in my album.
Our colors were neutral so that's why I went with our wedding colors.

I've seen both, wedding and non-wedding colors. I actually have a proof in my email that I just got this morning, non-wedding colors and I just decided to get my wedding colors..lol. I guess it depends on what you want.

a Channa plaque is a plaque that says your name on it and if you want the wedding date... they are cute but im still debating if i need it... trying to cut costs at this point!

I am still up in the air about getting one..I might ask my mom to get it as a shower gift (since I am probably not registering)
Or else you could always order it after the wedding to have in the house..I love the way they look above a doorway or hanging on the wall

I got ours in our wedding colors, but they are relatively neutral, black, ivory, and sage green. It'll work in the home decor after, but I think the most probable location will be the bathroom or office, where any colors can really go!
we got ours to match our home decor. i figured it will end up there anyway! and teal does not go with the house!

I am getting mine in my wedding colors but my wedding colors are brown and gold that will pretty much match anything! I hope anyway lol

MIne has one of my colors in it. You can get it anyway you like. The runner up one that I was going to chose had none of my colors in it. I felt like I could still have gotten that one since the wedding colors are every place else. Hope that helps :)
Hey thanks for the link! Even though we're already married - I figured since we're still newlyweds I can ask my parents or brother to get this for us for Christmas! Thanks again!

My wedding colors are black red and ivory. I originally didn't want them in those colors but when I saw the plaque I loved it.

It's inexpensive compared to the other costs of the wedding.
I'm buying mine in 24 x 6 (not the HUGE one) and it's really not that bad in cost - It's my birthday present to myself haha. I needed an excuse to buy it because I'm trying to cut costs too, but my birthday was a good enough excuse.
