i went through like 15 e-mail exchanges with Channa before we picked the 'one' for us!

Agreed, I'm in this process now as well, I feel so bad... she's done like 15 proofs already and I'm still not happy! I'm a PITA. But she's soooo nice about it!

also, my proof looked a little different than the actual plaque... i think I have both in my album. You will be able to see that the silver in the proof looked grey but on the plaque it looks silver!
