Ok so I got proofs back of my channa plaque there in my album and I need help deciding. My colors are dark purple and like a lavendar color. So I did most of them in purple but also used the background as black. Let me know what you think

1 is really pretty but im afraid of how bright the actual colors will come out.
6 is just FANTASTIC! I really like that you went against the norm and did one without any over lapping letters...

I looked at the colors in Channa's actual album and they do not come out as bright as the proofs the lilac and lavendar are a lot more subtle as well as the purple background.Channa also sent me some of the pictures of what the plaque would actually look like in those colors and they are definitely not as bright as the computer generated proofs

i think the colors individually are pretty but they are really hard to read on top of each other. how about you take one of the main purple colors and contrast it with another color, maybe one that is not color scheme related. that way, if you want to display it in your home one day it will coordinate well? i love the fonts you chose and i like it when the quote is on top, the dates one the bottom and you names are on top of your last name
