I did get one... I plan on putting it on our table with my bouquet next to it. I ordered it from Channa through etsy. She was very easy to work with and was very quick.

I purchased a plaque but it was not from Channa. I purchased mines from Etsy shop Bosheree: Click Here I have a picture of the way my plaque came out in my wedding stuff album. I haven't decided yet, but I will display it either on the sweetheart or cake table. I think I am leaving more towards the sweetheart.

I got something similar except it's a shabby chic/vintage version from the Etsy seller MyPrimitiveBoutique. It's smaller and really cute. I think I'm putting it on the sweetheart table.
