Channel 2 on weddings...

I felt last night's report on food was totally done to grab viewers at a time of year when weddings are on so many people's minds. There was nothing current about their report. The problems were isolated incidents and now these places have such good ratings. Thousands and thousands of people eat at these catering halls and we hear so little of something happening. Don't you think if food inspectors found more than this, we'd have heard about it a long time ago? People would pay money to hear this and newpapers and TV reporters would have been on it.
I wanted to see Friday night's Shame on You about wedding vendors, but missed it. Did anyone see that? Does anyone know how to access it online?WCBS has a lot of past reports, but can't find that one.

I did watch it and was just shaking my head at everything.

I've been to Tavern on the Green, Crest Hollow and Leanards for various affairs and never had any problems.

My dad is the Orkin Man and does inspections on restuarants and its usually a lot worse then what we think. BUT he does his inspection, makes the sale, and the problem is resolved. The place has no more problems. Customers dont know about it and the job is done at night when their are no customers in the store.

I just think the media blows things out of proportion to make a story.
