Chapel?

I'm confused -

If you get married at a chapel by a minister, is it considered a religious wedding??

I think it would have to do with who does the ceremony. B/c if you get married outdoors and have a priest mary you, or w/e , then it would be religious right?

I am going to say it doesn't matter where you go, it matters who you have to marry you.
