What length veil do you wear? A Chapel or Cathedral?

Re: Chapel length train...
The bridal salon told me that the veil should be longer then the train in terms of chapel and cathedral length veils.

It's personal preference. IMO, if you have a dress with a lot of work on the train, then I'd keep the veil shorter to show off the detail. If you have less elaborate detail, I think that the cathedral length would be really dramatic and pretty especially if you're gonna have a manilla style veil.

I am pretty sure I am doing a fingertip length veil.I am looking for a dress that has a nice train with a lot of nice work.. so I want that to be shown off

I had a chapel length train and my veil was Cathedral length. The veil is suppose to be longer that the dress if you are doing a long veil.
My mom brought my Mantilla veil from Spain and they said that is the lenght it is suppose to be!
You can wear whatever kind of veil that you want...if you are asking between those two it would be cathedral

I have a chapel train and I am doing a fingertip veil. I personally don't like long veils, but I do not think it matters what length you have - it's all a matter of personal preference!

It could go either way...whichever you prefer. I have a fear of cathedral length veils since i was at a wedding and the bride had on a cathedral length veil and someone stepped on it and jerked her head back. She was fine but it was definitely a sight!!
