We are donating to a charity for our favors, but I need help deciding how to make our guests aware of it. Any ideas?

You can make up a scroll for each place setting or each table explaining what you did

You could also have something printed and have it set up for the guests to see as they pick up their place cards.

does the charity offer anything? for our favors, we donated to the lance armstrong cancer fund... so we gave each guest one of the 'Livestrong' bracelets wrapped up with a tin of mints, and the tag explained the donation ' to honor our loved ones affected by cancer, a donation has been made to the lance armstrong cancer fund' everyone LOVED it, and even almost 2 years later, a few of the guests still wear the bracelets...
