Are any of you using a charter bus for your guests from the hotel to the venue? I am trying to decide who to go with, but prices vary so much!! HELP!

What I can tell you ... if you got a price from the party ride DO NOT USE THEM!!! I used to work for them and they do not take care of the buses ... and they cancel buses all the time!
DO NOT USE THE PARTY RIDE!!!!!

Thank you!!! I literally just looked at their website!! The quotes I have gotten so far were from Fantasy Charters in Ronkonkoma (good price, older bus) and us coachways (decent price, new bus, questionable reviews on the BBB). I am waiting to hear back from a few others!

ok, try calling
1)Sir Oliver ... his bus is very reasonable and they specialize in wedding service.
2) Coachman ... call tomorrow and ask for Niki .. Tell him you are a friend of mine. (Kelly Lipareli) he should give you a good price.

I have been trying to book a charter bus 2, the prices are crazy. I heard the trolley is really nice it is on the vendor page under trolley.
I have called Classic for the past 2 week and have yet to hear a response!

omg! I am a giorgios bride too!! When you call these places make sure you negotiate! Work quotes against eachother!
I would go with a company that does mostly weddings. I worked at the party ride for over a year, and they really did not care about the weddings.
If you need help let me know, I am out of work and have plenty of time to make phone calls.
