Château Briand

Château Briand

Hi everyone...sorry I haven't been on in awhile but it has been a crazy few weeks!

So my FH and I thought we were set on an RH but decided to look at one more this weekend and, go figure...we love it! It's clearly become the front runner over WM. I would love to hear your thoughts or opinions on CB...

...and Happy Halloween!!

I like the place. We had a tough choice between CB and FH. In the end, FH won because the ceremony on site was important to me and I wanted it to be outside in a garden.

i love north venues you're looking at. they're very different in decor.

I actually got married at WM in 95 so I love the place but Ive been to countless affairs at CB and they were always amazing.

Was this a tasting after you booked? Were you able to get a refund if you didn't like your tasting?

We did the tasting after we booked, and we never asked about getting a refund bc the food was amazing.. I've heard of ppl on LIW that went to a Food tasting and they didnt' book yet. I would ask them if you can do the tasting without booking.

they do offer tasting. You have to ask. It's odd that some girls get different info i guess depending on who they meet with.

There was a 2011 bride that posted a review about her tasting & even had pictures of the food...

I forgot to ask about doing a tasting!!!! Im going back on Friday so I guess I will ask then. I fell in love with this place...matches our theme and colors perfectly! We're using DaVinci as the chapel (the outdoor area weather permitting) and Saturnia for the reception.
