hi girls,
i have my menu appt tomorrow....is it an actual food tasting...also what else do we do at this meeting and any advice?

I did my menu last Mon. at chateau Briand. We didn't do any tasting. We met with a girl I never met b4 went over linen, dinner choices and menu for CH. Also, she gave us some paperwork to bring back for our seating chart and stuff.
