Chateau Briand Bakers - UPDATE
Hello ladies.
I have an appt with Chateau Briand's baker today to discuss the cake however I am totally blanking on the name of the bakery. Someone here must know. The name starts with an E but cant for the sake of me remember what it is.

I met with Lily, the manager, at Erga's Bakery and she was amazing! She understood what I wanted with my cake (didn't have an exact picture) and was able to visualize it and come up with a design. I chose a vanilla cake with canoli and chocolate mousse filling.
I didn't like the designs in the book. The ones she had were the same ones that Chateau shows you. They were outdated in my opinion but if you want to use fresh flowers on the cake then the cakes are perfectly fine! You can just choose the base design and the florist will add their tough. Also, if you want those base designs you can just ask for a scroll design.
Ultimately I am very happy with the Bakery and do recommend everyone to use them! They also have greeeeeeeat breads! yummm.

ALSO, Chateau looked sooooooo beautiful tonight!!! I was in awe of the place! The outside area in the back was sparkling with light and the Da Vinci room had a light glow on it with the uplighting on the walls. Everything felt so magical!
