Did you have music during your cocktail hour? Do you think having music during cocktail hour is necessary?

Yes - Def have one - If you're having your CH in the Europa Room, That piano is beautiful and it spins so i think it would be a waste not to have one.

We used Mark from www.markenmusic.com - he's actually a preferred vendor on here.

I think it was like $150/$200

My CH was outside and we did not hire anyone to play music.

We didnt use the piano in the Europa room, we did have our DJ play lounge music during CH tho. Its not necessary but its nice to have something-I cant tell you if any of the weddings ive been to had music during CH or not

I am making a CD an hour and a half long with the songs I pick for my CH, they will play it over the sound system in the Europa Room.

good idea! my bm said they play jazz if we don't want to have the dj for CH..my dj flat out told me it is waste of money to have him there. Nobody is worried about music because they are all talking and eating.
