How many hours before are you allowed to go and take pictures? What specific areas are you taking pictures there? Are you going to take pictures anywhere else before?

I got there at 5 ish for my 7:30 cocktail hour...but i would def ask them. I think it can depend on if there are other events going on simultaneously. I only took pics there...I took them in the outside pavilion, the main lobby (piano, stairs, etc) I took them in the front by the fountain....I'm getting my proofs back any day now so I'll let you know if I missed something lol
