My wedding is planned for Sept 1, 2011. My FH family and I were discussing the venue and we were wondering whether they give a food tasting??? (I know thats something that should be asked before booking....LOL) Well do any Chateau Briand brides know the answer to this. I'm like 85% sure the food will be GREAT but I was just wondering. I have heard wonderful things about their food but what do you guys think? Once again...Thanks Ladies!!!
cb told us they dont do tastings unless u booked. so we had them put in the contract if we didnt like the food at the tasting we could cancel and get a full refund.
the tasting was awesome!! we were there for over three hours. we were even allowed to being two guest with us.
imo u have nothing to worry about.

they told us no to food tasting even if we book.
We haven't even asked them yet. Our BM is very accomodating so I'm sure we'll have no problem with getting a food tasting.
I didn't book there and still had a tasting. And it wasn't a conditional tasting, I never signed a contract and ended up booking somewhere else.
i originally booked my wedding at CB --we had a food tasting there ---it was nice---we even had some wine! we changed it and had our eparty there and everyone was RAVING about how good the food was---everything was delish!!
I had one, and they allowed me and FH to bring my parents and my daughter. the food was FANTASTIC. they give you apps, like 4 diff entrees and dessert
