Can you tell me where you guys have blocked off rooms.. I feel like the Holiday Inn next door would be super convenient.. but I really want to keep my options open.. also.. if you are having a rehearsal run through at CB.. where are you planning on having the rehearsal dinner?

we did the rehearsal 15 min before the ceremony and booked rooms at the holiday inn. both worked out beautifully

I blocked off rooms at the Holiday Inn (next door to Chateau Briand). I also blocked off rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Westbury and the Hampton Inn Garden City, both of these hotels are just off Old Country Road.

I did Holiday Inn, but the direction cards for Chateau Briand had the Inn at Fox Hollow on the back. I hope my guests don't get confused!
Especially since we forgot to put in the direction cards!
Any thoughts on how I would be able to fix that?

did you mail out your invites yet? if not, you might want to make up 'Accommodations' cards which lists the hotels you've blocked rooms at.
