I am VERY close to booking at Chateau Briand but am wondering if any of you know if their payment schedule is flexible..? Our BM told us they would work with us, but I just wanted to know if any of you CB brides have had this flexibility?

I'm a Scotto Brother's bride, and their payment schedule is as follows:
Deposit $500 Payment 3 Months Later $1,000 6 Months Later (from deposit date) $1,500 9 Months Later (from deposit date) $2,000 3 Weeks before Date $BALANCE

Hi. My schedule was as follows:
down payment 500 (january) next month 2000 (feb) 2500 april 2000 june 3000 sept
bal due in april when i have final count.

But I fully expect they would've been okay with it.

We did:
$500 deposit 2 months later $1500 4 months later $1500 (from deposit) 7 months later $2000 (from deposit) 11 months later $2500 (from deposit) Couple of weeks before date: final balance
I definitely think it may depend on how early you book, and our BM there was pretty flexible with us.

they sent me a bill for a certain amount every 4 months for about a year and a 1/2 i have not recvd another bill yet .

My bill is sent every 4 months until my wedding, then remaining balance is due... it also depends how many people you are having to see much you pay.. we are having over 270.. so ours is more. hope that helps :)
