Anyone have any idea what the approximate price pp is at Chateau Briand on a Saturday night? Friday night?
No VH hour if it makes a difference.

Re: Chateau Briand - Sat / Fri night prices?
Totally depends on what month! Friday night will be cheaper, obviously. I would say a little under $100/pp plus tax and service for Friday and a bit over $100/pp plus tax and service for Saturday.
So for Friday you're probably looking at in the low $110s for Friday and $130-140's for Saturday including tax/service.
For low season I think you'd get a way better deal though! (Low being Dec/Jan/Feb/March).

I was told that the highest prices would be May/June/September/October (lucky me, right?) so July or August may not be too bad. Maybe mid range?
I always say, don't go by what other people are paying or were quoted - go see them yourself and see what package they give you. Since you want a date 7-8 months from now, they might be willing to give you a better deal just to book the room! We were a year out when we booked so I really think I would have paid less if I booked in January or February (of course, no guarantee that they would have availability so we wanted to book as soon as possible - and also to start getting vendors).

I'm planning to go see them myself... but if they were going to be $50 out of my budget, I didn't want to waste my time or theirs. I realize that everyone gets different quotes based on what they want and their date... I just wanted to make sure they were within my general price range.

I totally understand about not wanting to go if it was completely out of your price range! When I called to make appointments, I asked what the general range was so I could have an idea (knowing that we could *probably* get a bit of a better deal when we went).. the only place that wouldn't give me a range at all was Fox Hollow but it turned out they were cheaper than Chateau Briand! Go figure!
