Chateau Briand vs Floral Terrace.. Help!

Help! I am torn between 2 venues so I am reaching out to the experts! I have visited both Floral Terrace and Chateau Caterers (Chateau Briand)and I like both, so making the final decision is hard.

I am expecting to have a March 2013 wedding, Saturday night for about 250 people. Floral Terrace offered a lower price, and seems more willing to work with us on the price, adding extras and overall more accommodating. Although to be fair, I haven’t gone back to Chateau to further negotiate yet, so maybe their price and offering will be more in the range of FT.

Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!! =)

hands down FT would be my choice for many reasons. You'll be the only wedding at a time, the food is SUPERB, the service is amazing!!!!!! Plus its just so unique!

ITA but I am a FT bride. The food is amazing. I went for my tasting a few weeks ago and OMG! And teh presentation. Wait until you go for a tasting! And I like the 4 floors to myself for the day!

I have never been to FT so I have a bias opinion. I loved CB and if you work with Lisa, she can help you with pricing and getting a package in your budget. We had a lot of extras at our wedding and we changed the menu a little to fit our needs.

FT is great that there is one wedding at a time though. I wanted one wedding at a time, but fell in love with CB but looking back now, I dont remember seeing anyone from the other wedding at all

Although my sister & best friend are both getting married in CB, I've never seen it in person but heard it is beautiful! I have, however been to FT & I did like it - we were going to choose it but we found a place closer to home where my FH's father knew the manager so we got a good deal.

If you like the Miami look with the palm trees, I would go with CB, but if you want a more modern scene, go with FT. I think CB has more scenery for photos. You can't take photos outside in FT. Also, how important is it to you to be the only wedding that day?
I know FT also includes centerpieces (fake flowers but it's nice), if you have a budget to follow.
