Hi everyone. I'm new here and am just starting out the whole process. I've looked at a couple of places and have narrowed the choices down to Chateau or Fox Hollow. I really would like to have the wedding on a Saturday night, but the minimums are too high. Does anyone know if you can negotiate the minimums? What are some people's minimum guarantee for a Saturday night for these places? Thank you. Congratulations to all the brides!

Welcome and congratulations on your engagement!!! I'm getting married on a Saturday night at CB and my minimum is 150. Let me know if you need any other info.

I am getting married at CB also and I have 150 min. When I looked at Fox Hollow the min for the Garden Terrace room was 200 (they wouldnt come down)
Sometimes a hall will make the price pp higher and lower the minimum of people

I have no idea about Saturday but to give you a something to compare this to; my minimum is 110 for a Friday night in the Winter Garden Pavilion (fox hollow).
