Chateau La Mer

I was looking at Chateau La Mer for my ceremony and reception and wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

there are a lot of posts on here about CLM. I'm getting married there too and I've never heard anything negative. Do a search -- you'll find lots of information :)

My SIL is getting married there next year, she's Cacarina on LI Weddings. We hear all great things and can't wait!

My Aunt and a friend of mine got married there. The food is excellent. I still rave about it.

Yes, I am getting married there and I love it more and more every time I visit. We went to a tasting before we booked and the food was great. I have heard lots of great things from past brides too.

I booked there. I am going for my tasting in 2 weeks. Every time I mention CLM to someone they say that they went to a wedding there and it was the best ever....I have not heard a bad thing yet.

We are getting married there!

It has a fantastic reputation and it is beautiful. The food was great and we LOVE the people. They are so friendly and caring- I just love them!

My cousin got married there a couple months ago and it was great. Got to see how they work from the guests point of view...

i am getting married there and im so happy with my decision. I went to a food tasting last night and the food was excellent. Nick and Lou are great. I havent heard anything negative.

I am getting married there this Halloween...

I found a cake I would love..but I know Chateau will not have that style to choose from (Just saw the cake book the other day)

BUT i forgot to ask what bakery they use, so I could ask...

Does anyone know?

I am pretty sure its Campbells. And also, I heard that if you bring a picture of the cake you want, they will probably make it for you, even if its not in the book.

I went to the tasting there last night and the food, drinks, view.. were all excellent.

I will definately be booking with them within the week! Just need to get that deposit together
