Well I am thinking of using there menus I did want like our name on it or something but Lou was saying that would be like $175 dollars for menus with our names on them and it would list everything from appetizer to the entree to desert but I don't know it seems a little pricey.

I am not crafty so I would not be making my own but maybe I will get the same person that is doing programs to do my menus.

I don't think I am going to have menus, it just another added expense.

I went last weekend to look around, and I love it, and I really liked their menus. I think we are gonna book it next week, and I will be chooseing their menu, I especially like for the sit down choices guests are allowed to order a 2nd entree.

We are making our own menus. I have been playing with it but if it doesn't come out well FH is a graphic designer and he can do it!

going nutty... so you are going with the Inn at Plainview which is going to be the Sheraton??? does that hotel have a shuttle? I am concerned about my OOT people getting lost and I would like to provide a shuttle if possible.

They don't have one right now but they have a limo company they work with. We are probably going to hire a 14 passenger van from our limo company to shuttle guests back and forth... It's only $75 an hour with a two hour minimum.... but I am trying to find out if I can split that minimum up. But yes, we are using the Inn at Plainview-- it's gorgeous and Michael is very helpeful!
