chateau la mer renovations

Has anyone been to CLM lately? seen any renovations?

Also -is it true they have a small rehersal type practice before the wedding???

I've seen some posts on here that say they do

thanks!!!

Hey Breezy, I was there at the WOTY in Jan & they had just started renovations in the ch room (the blue room). I know they were supposed to be finished by the end of March. I'll let you know after the anniversary party next Sat.

Not sure about the rehearsal, although I thought someone said they just talk you through it b4 your ceremony.

I was there last weekend. They haven't done a lot of renovations, but the had fabric swatches of the new carpet and drapes. It seems like they are mainly renovation the cocktail hour room- marble walls, new chandeliers, new carpet and new drapes. It's all black and gold tones.

I don't know about the rehersal thing. We're having our ceremony at our church. They did show us where they were building a chapel though.

cool! thanks & keep me updated after you go

Im going to a christening there tomorrow... Will let you know after!

We were offered a quick rehearsal before the wedding, but didnt need it at all so I declined. Honestly, I dont think its that important. You can do the rehearsal at your rehearsal dinner.

I just spoke about it..briefly, we didnt even go through the motions.
