My fiancee and I have looked at the LI Weddings page before but we just signed up with an account today. Our wedding is Sept 25, 2010 in the Atrium (downstairs) room at 7:30pm

We're downstairs also (same date as you.....Sept 25, 2010...but 7:30pm start). What is the time for your reception? Right now we're about 240-260 for the guest list. Did you use the house vendors offered? Fiancee and I were really pleased with a lot of them (others not so much) we're using:
Limos: All-Star (Rolls Royce and 1 white stretch)

We have just @ everything done except for invitations. I also hired a cigar roller from Little Cigar Shop in Massapequa to roll 150 cigars as a surprise for my fiancee.
I'm really satisfied (so far) with everyone that we chose for vendors but I wish I had found out @ this page earlier to get some suggestions from everyone.
