Re: chateau le mer..
it depends on what time of the year ...winter or summer ....winter is almost half the price of summer

Re: chateau le mer..
we just got married there 8/8/09. when we booked this past january we were quoted $90 for sat night. but we also had viennese hour so that brought it up to $105pp.
Nick was one of our main contacts & also out Maitre'D. Jessica was our bridal attnedant & I cant tell you how incredibly amazing she was!
It's definitely worth it to do a wedding there in warmer months - you get to take advantage of the boat/yacht arrival during cocktail hour....every single one of our guests said that was the most amazing & unique thing they have ever seen!
Also if you are looking for a DOC - my DOC just became the exclusive events planner for Chateau La Mer & she was fantastic! (Gina Griffin from Bleu Diamond Events: http://www.bleudiamondevents.com/site/index.html
Food was fantastic, service was great & if you do the boat arrival & viennese hour - your family & friends will be talking about it for years to come!
Good Luck!

Was that for the upstairs room or downstairs room? We got marrie don a friday night in the downstairs room and it was 95. Also, we used Gina (she wasn't working for CLM at the time) and she was FANTASTIC! I wrote plenty on both CLM and Bleu Diamond in my review!

Re: chateau le mer..
we had the Bayview room (upstairs) - it was nice b/c I felt the views were even better upstairs.
I have to say all in all - I cant say enough about Chateau & it's staff, plus Gina from Bleu Diamond! I would highly recommend both! They made out wedding day a fairy tale come true!
Also if anyone is looking for a good bartender - we had a guy named Jerry - he was fantastic & made a mean Cosmo!

Re: chateau le mer..
I just looked there recently and their downstairs room is really gorgeous and they have a really nice area for cocktail hour. These are the quotes I recieved:
Atrium Room - Minimum 150 guests September 2010-Saturday PM $110 October 2010-Saturday PM $100 Service charge 20% Matre'D fee is $300 Ceremony Fee is $500
Hope this helps!
