CHCC and house florist

CHCC brides... So unless by some miracle my florist is approved, I'm resigned to using a house florist. I need to spend less than $2,000 and will be using low centerpieces and flowers that are in-season. Is this even possible?

How many tables you having? I gad a quote from Flowers by Brian for 15 high centerpieces and all the flowers for me and my girls for 2700. Low centerpieces are usually less and I have 7 girls npno

Either 12 or 13 tables, and I have 5 bridesmaids and a MOH. But even if they don't approve my florist, I want to get my bridal party flowers from him, I don't think they'll be against that since it doesn't consist of the vendor entering the premises.

This is a great question. Flowers is next on my checklist. I definetely want to stay at the lowest possible...I want to use mixed high and low..and I want to combine vasses, drowned flowers, and candles as centerpieces...how much you think? I'd like to have an idea before I meet w florists

I was quoted at $1330, but if I have to go with one of the house florists, it'll be double that, which really upsets me. I'm waiting for the call from CH tomorrow to hear about the head manager's decisiom, so I'm nervous.

What you can do to help bring the price down is buy the vases and votives yourself. They're really marked up at the florists and you can get them off of Ebay or in the city for really cheap and then sell them back to another bride after the wedding! Also, just do centerpieces with them and get your bouquets from where ever you want. CHCC has no prob with that, (I asked!) only the CPs need to be done with the house florist.
